  • I am writing this review about our real estate agent Patti Wells. We worked with Patti on selling our house and purchasing a new one. Patti went over and above the call of duty by getting our solar lease renegotiated which I was not able to do myself. She was always there for us no matter what time of day and no matter what the request. More than once she had to go to our house, gather up our dogs and baby sit them in her car while there was a showing, that is just one small thing that she did. She fights for her clients and ensures that everything that can be done is done. All the while she was patiently working with us to purchase a new home, which wasn't easy. Due to hard work and dogged relentlessness she got us the house that we just had to have, when we didn't think it would be possible. When it comes time to move again she will be the only person we will work with to sell our house and find us another.
