  • I did not use their service because Don was so honest and upfront with me to begin with. He asked what problem I was having with my washer and then asked for the model number. Once I gave him that he was able to explain the problem. The repair will likely cost as much as a new washer. Just moved here from GA so as a single woman I'm thankful to know there are still good honest people in the world. If I ever need anything repaired in the future I will be calling Don!! Thanks!!!!
