  • This was my first time at this establishment and after an amazing day at the farmers market we were ready to settle down and eat some delicious food. Instead we got 2 overcooked burgers and a combative manager. The manager was our waiter and forgot to bring out chocolate milk for one of the kids (not really a big deal). Two of our burgers were extremely overcooked, we asked for medium and recieved well done and we had to ask 3 different servers for napkins before we got them. After I reviewed all of this with the manager/waitress she responded back with "First of all" and as you can imagine it all went downhill from there. She went on to say she's not back there making the food and no one asked her for napkins. I was absolutely stunned at the lack of empathy and ownership. They say a manager can cost an organization millions of dollars and its the truest statement I've ever heard. She represents your brand and she represented it poorly. We will NEVER be going there again
