  • okay, i'm back to declare that this is absolutely the worst location and they are the reason i'm canceling my membership. i was under the impression that when my membership ended in november, that was it. it was done. and i was thrilled. woke up this morning to find money taken out so of course i had to call them. I was rudely informed that it said in "bold letters at the bottom of the contract" that it auto renewed unless you cancelled. first, that's the stupidest thing i've ever heard, and second, i'm sorry i don't recall all the details of a piece of paper i signed over a year ago. maybe if i would've been notified when my contract was ending, as i know Flagstaff would've done. anyway i was told nothing could be done and i was screwed. it's the holiday season, had i known it auto renewed i would've been more careful in canceling it because i didnt plan for being low an extra 60 dollars. that being said, i called Massage Envy Flagstaff and talked to them because that is where i signed up. Within 2 minutes of the phone call, my money was refunded back and a form to cancel was emailed to me. If i could still go up there, i would not cancel this. but unfortunately the horrible customer service received at this location makes it extremely not worth it.
