  • I walked in with an idea for my first tattoo and Rita took me on. I wanted a quote in the shape of an ampersand but was unsure of the font. She played around with it for a while and got it exactly right. She was quick to fix a word that didn't look like I wanted. She made me feel super comfortable and while she was working on my design Ed, while tattooing another customer, made me and my friend feel welcome and started up conversation. It was a great experience and I would definitely go back. It came out exactly how I wanted and I am extremely happy with the result.
