  • This company first nearly killed our fish on a home maintenance visit. The tank was new at the time so gave the guy opportunities to correct the problem. When all fish about died at the last paid (1x a month) service we ended the service. A year and a half later (now) the tank had been moved from my home to my granddaughters home because they named and loved the fish. The owner Mike at this company informed us the guy who nearly killed (if not for our own intervention) our fish was operating in a manner that was against company policy and was killing customers fish, claimed he was a "novice," thus, was fired. The owner of this place...paid him $150 to change the filter and clean the tank and succeeded in KILLING our fish unlike his employee!!! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE TO CARE FOR YOUR TANK/FISH!!!! JUST BROKE MY GRANDDAUGHTERS HEARTS WAKING UP TO THEIR "FISHIES" THAT WE HAVE HAD FOR A YR AND A HALF in the tank DEAD!!!! Aquatouch served up the harsh reality of what death is to my 2 and 3yr old grand-babies!
