  • HORRIBLE experience! I do not recommend their service department at all! I will no longer be bringing my vehicles in to them. I have no idea what has happened to them but they have definitely gone down hill. You cannot get ahold of anyone! I tried for days and they have horrible customer service. I even spoke with management and they were no help at all and after being re-directed multiple times they still avoided my calls! I always put up with their ridiculous pricing because I liked my service advisor, but when I recently brought my SRX to a different Cadillac dealership the customer service was 10x better and I didn't feel like I was being ripped off like I always did at Coulter! *In reply to Coulter's comment back to me.. We've had a huge communication issue for weeks now. I have no interest in contacting you since I've already took my business elsewhere. I've also discovered that you've been ripping me off for years, so you've lost my business along with my family and friend's business.
