  • Gio Rana's... another Leslieville hit! Have been here many times over the years with various friends and have always had a good experience Good service and food, great place to take friends. Unpretentious yet simultaneously classy with a bit of an edge, dare I say, and the crespelle is indeed wonderful (the squash crepes). Great for vegetarians as well as carnivores. And if you're the type who likes to share and share alike, this is your place. The food is interesting and yet at the same time fairly basic, if that makes sense. Recently I was here with a picky friend and the waiter was very accommodating, answered all questions, and provided numerous options. One thing, tends to be noisy as it's popular and busy, and is located in a former bank and the acoustics aren't fantasic. Otherwise, always a pleasure.
