  • Was not pleased with response time of tow trucks that they work with. My car broke down and it took almost two hours for someone to show up and I ended up having to wait an additional 45 minutes because the wrong type of tow truck for my car was dispatched. Had a friend with me also, so felt really bad for how their evening was spent right after working all day.
