  • My friend and I brought our car in around the holidays (Christmas) to get it fixed for a few scratches on one of the doors, where some of the paint and metal came out. The only reason I'm giving it 3 stars instead of 1 or 2 is because it was finished as promised. PROS: Got the job done quickly (able to pick up the vehicle on the same day it was dropped). Price seemed reasonable and workmanship on the scratched area outside of the vehicle met our expectation. Gave us a ride to our hotel nearby while it was being serviced and drove it to our hotel. Estimator who took care of us was courteous. CONS: Estimator/representative LIED about work that was done to the vehicle to fix the scratched area. Before we dropped it off, I asked about labor effort to complete the work because of the price he quoted me. Representative said that the door needed to be removed so it could be painted. Therefore, it was a reasonable price. When we picked up our vehicle, the door handle inside the vehicle was missing the small plastic cover. Went back to their shop to ask for it and they spent 5 to 10 minutes looking for it before they said "We never took the door apart because we didn't need to do it for the paintwork". Then they said it was probably missing from the beginning anyways. The bright side was that he offered to replace it if we wanted to. Another thing is that the other cover plates inside the vehicle on that door had some minor scratches around the edges of them.
