  • I can see why online shopping is becoming so popular ... the only reason I went into this location is b/c I needed a strapless bra for the following day ... I had the bra I wanted pulled up on my iPhone (from their website) so I could have an associate find it ... 1 associate asked me the last time I had been measured ... I should have just politely declined to be measured (I know my bra size) ... she measured me and handed me a card w/ 32DDD and told me to go to the back of the store to have an another associate give me a 32DDD to try on ... the next associate measured me and came up with 34DD ... I told her I'm a 34C so she hands me a 34C to try on and explains once I have it on, she'll tell me why it doesn't fit properly and I should switch to a 34DD ... guess what ... she walks in and says wow that actually fits perfectly ... doesn't end there ... I show her the picture on my phone of the bra I'm looking for ... she tells me she's positive it's on sale & directs me to the front of the store (doesn't come w/ me to help me find it) ... the 1st associate I spoke with is up there so I show her the picture ... she tells me it's not on sale & tried to send me to the back of the store ... at this point, I'm fed up ... nobody tried to help me find the bra ... doesn't seem like they have the capability of checking their inventory or at least didn't bother to ... I ended up just picking a bra and checking out so I could get out of there
