Review update: I have a few points.
I feel that when you go to a doctors office, that they should be the ones telling you what you need and what it's time for. My daughter needed her Hep A shot, and a 30 month check up. They wouldn't let me make that appointment, because they said she didn't need it.
I had my sons 9 month check up, and I had to come in a different day to do his shots. The receptionist was clueless to this fact when I tried to bring him in and said "idk I don't have anything for you today". So I tried to pay a bill, then she said "I don't have access to that".
I needed a copy of my children's shots, "I don't have access to that"
Along with all those lovely responses, was "go to the Henderson office" "contact the Henderson office". The rainbow office is right down the street from my house. Why should I have to drive all the way to Henderson to get things that I shouldn't even have to get in the first place???
This place is SO unorganized and they LACK in customer service more than I've ever seen at any doctors office I've ever been to. DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN HERE. You will end up frustrated like I've seen many other parents as well as myself at this office. I'm going to St Rose Pediatrics now and it's like night and day. My children deserve the best and this is the complete opposite.
