  • I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge an associate by the name of Gyselle. I passed by a lot of associates that day and not one asked how I was, if I needed help or even a hello. Needless to say, I would have left, but I really wanted a backpack. When I went to pay for the backpack, Gyselle was the cashier and she was very nice. The bag I wanted was on sale, but rung up regular price. She corrected it without any hesitation and I appreciated that. She made up for the lack of good customer service I received from everyone else.
