  • Crazy good! I'm pretty sure you can not get food like this anywhere else in the world, at least not prepared and served as well. But let's start with the bartender. Not normally something I write about, we were just waiting for our table since we were a little early for our reservation. My wife was pregnant so couldn't have alcohol, but really missed getting fun drinks at the bar. The bartender took care of that, Jade I think her name was, not sure, but she was awesome! Amazing drinks with flavors I have never tasted before. My wife was floored that she could experience a good drink with no alcohol. The bartender also gave us free samples of special drinks. I would go to Kai just for the bar, but then I'd know the good food I'm missing out on in the next room. The coolest part for me was the incorporation of native seeds, and the whole seed saver thing. I actually liked all the seeds incorporated with my food, really gave it a unique flavor and texture that I still remember. Just get ready to spend a lot of cash, but hey how many times can you have native Arizona gourmet food?
