  • Was in LV recently on business and did not visit a buffet (Bacchanal, Wicked spoon etc) for the first time ever. I visited this place and Carson Kitchen based on Yelp reviews. I ended eating here on back to back nights once with colleagues and once all by my lonesome. I'm giving this a coveted 5 star rating because: Service (5 stars + ) was spectacular- Best service I've had at a sushi restaurant EVER. Menu (5 stars) - Lots of options for rolls and nigiri for AYCE. Taste (4.25 stars) - Was very good not spectacular, but the service and price (only $25 for AYCE) Ambiance (5 stars) - Super cool/chill venue with sports on and friendly waiters.
