  • Wow! Steph hung up on me. I called to find out about spray tanning. She goes into a a very informative teaching about it, which I appreciated. However, she doesn't stop and goes on and on. So when I could finally ask a question, she said "That's what I've been telling you!", in a very nasty, in stupid manner. I told her that "I'm just asking a question, you don't need to speak to me like I'm stupid", and she hung up on me. Well, if she would know how to talk to customers, she would check for understanding. I get, she is knowledgeable and should be. But I'm not and that's why I called. She obviously doesn't want my business. So glad I called first. I will never go here and i will tell everyone I know not to add well. She sounds like she needs a customer service class. I had to give one star to write this, but I would give zero stars.
