  • Get a second opinion before proceeding with what procedures they require. Especially younger ones that need sedation or anesthesia. (Don't even get me started with general anesthesia in the dental office with no back up in case something happens. But that is a different story.) My son got quoted for four cavities plus sedation (+$200- insurance does not cover sedation) est $452. I then got a call the set appointment is cancelled that needs to be rescheduled. I went to another clinic with my son and I was told two cavities and four sealants for est $200. That includes nitrous as a back up, no need for sedation. It may be even be cheaper. My son's cavities are too superficial it is a quicker procedure. The staff and the dentist may be wonderful but your ultimate responsibility falls on what is best for your kid/s. If you need to schedule an appointment for a procedure in this clinic, make sure you are aware that there is a non refundable deposit which is not cheap. One star is for the appointment fee still being non refundable even when they cancel the set date. I understand if you are a no show, but if they cancel? One star is for not being upfront of the non refundable part. I was thinking it was a deposit for the procedure. Making a patient happy? ...priceless.h
