  • They respond to service requests immediately. This is a big deal to me. My AC went out, and someone came to make the repairs immediately. My dryer wasn't working well, and someone came the next day and fixed it. Everything here is updated and clean. They have rules that keep the complex decluttered, clean, and calm. The front office recognizes me by name, and they have always been very helpful. I would highly recommend this apartment complex to everyone interested in a quiet, clean, and calm home. I've read the other reviews, and I just wanted to note that I have never seen any scorpions. In fact, I have never seen an insect in the place. I have lived in other complexes where bugs were an issue, and I can't tell you what a relief it is to not have to deal with spiders, scorpions, cockroaches, maggots, etc. Also, in regards to the review about animals in the pool, I have never seen any animals inside of the pool area. In fact, in pretty sure it is restricted, and like myself and other guests have said, they are very good at enforcing rules. More than anything, I feel safe in this area. I don't have one negative thing to say about this place. I love the heated pool!! :D
