  • We refused to get additional insurance yet they charged it. Took two months to get money back, involve bank senior officials and Thrifty still denied wrongdoing. Perhaps each sales rep makes a commission on each sale of these addons and that's why they are so motivated to cheat. Be careful when dealing with this company.
