rev:text	They lie about prices. The staff is nice, which is why I gave it one extra star. Pricing is a problem though: I'm non-confrontational and stay mostly quiet about price because I want to see how honest businesses are before I become a loyal repeat customer. I got gels a while ago and the woman doing my nails told me the cost to fill the gap is $15. I went back when my nails grew and asked for that fill. I didn't mention the price and sure enough I was charged double by the same woman. I paid without a fuss but I don't like this kind of arbitrary pricing. They need detailed set prices somewhere on the walls, or a more detailed explanation of each additional charge because when you tell me gel fills are $15, I expect to pay $15 for gel fills. Also, I am going to add this because it has been bugging me: I asked if she was going to buffer my nail down again because I dont want that since I'm trying to grow them back out, and she said no because she will only file away at the gel but not my nail. Not even two minutes in and she's buffering my nail down to nothing, and it hurt. I was fuming. The first time I got my nails done she had the gel polish touch my cuticle and it looked terrible. I asked her to fix it and she said she couldn't because it was already hard. This time she fixed it with the drill even when it was hard, and I didn't even mention it. She also kept asking me what I did and what my family did for work which is honestly not any of her business but I know they ask that to know if you make money. Lastly, they speak in their language in front of you, which is insanely rude but it's tolerated because they all do that. I am probably never going there again.
