  • First time customer. I decided to give this salon a try since it is close to my home and a friend recommend it. I got the basic pedicure & gel manicure "special"... Thanh "Tom" did my mani/pedi. It was a very basic pedicure. I asked him to cut my nails short, though as you can see in my photo they are not very short. This, after cutting and filing a couple times. I was charged $5 extra for callous removal which most places include in the price. He applied lotion to the top of my legs and feet. I guess the back side and heels didn't need lotion? He matched my toenail polish with the gel which was nice. The gel polish had three coats and still looks a bit uneven, but its my fault for picking such a light color. Color is #408 Chatterbox. The manicure consisted of filing my nails, applying polish (2 coats of clear followed by 3 coats of color, followed by another 2 coats of clear.) Minimal hand massage and I was done and out the door $55 later. We will see how long the gel lasts. This is my first time getting gel polish. If it lasts 2-3 weeks then it was worth the $45. But I'll do my own callous removal next time. Overall I think it was a mediocre mani/pedi that looks ok. I kinda miss my Spa Pedicure.
