  • excellent rec center when it comes to what it has to offer ( when open ), basketball gymnasium, large pool, sauna, huge gym with the works, and friendly staff. they are strict on non resident visitors which I like a lot. HOWEVER pool is only open from end of May - September. this means that approximately 8 months out of the year we can not use the Pool or jacuzzi's! the reason they say is is because of no lifeguards being present, although there are no need for lifeguards to be present since the pool is only aprox. 4 feet deep. Also, as long as parents are responsible for their children there should be no concerns. most, if not all, of community pools in the valley do not have lifeguards on duty. At the very least adults should be allowed to use the jacuzzis on a limited amount of time during the cold months! Also, currently closing at 9 pm. which means no late night workouts allowed.
