  • I have been shooting archery for 20 years lived in 4 states and have never been treated like this at any archery shop. They donated a bow to a archery shoot I went to and won the bow so I figured I would give them the first chance. They told me $500 for trade in and I bought a new bow. They were really helpful until I payed for the bow that's when it all went downhill. I contacted them later that day since my draw length is 29.5in and was told the new bow would be coming with a #3 cam. 2 months later when it came in I found out they ordered a #2 cam, luckily it fit, but I was down the 55$ for the new string I bought. I dropped off all the accessories to get put on, and cam back a few days later to you owe us $190. I paid in full when I ordered it but apparently I was told the wrong trade in value and the changed my order to show only $320 dollar trade in value. They were even going to send it out the door without putting the peep in the right location. I highly recommend going to Ross Outdoors or Arizona Archery Club they both are more knowledgeable and have 1000 times better customer service. I will never go back here again.
