Purchased a series of 3 body wraps from groupon. Called Monday morning to make an appointment she answered the phone and her first question was "how many did you buy". When I said three she instantly sounded annoyed said she would have to call me back in a little while. Called Tuesday left a message, called today spoke with a very rude L'Marie who again asked how many did you purchase and again attitude. She was giving me the I have to call you back speech. I pointed out that this was the third time I had called she got extremely rude and said she is busy with clients and cannot return calls and then told me to contact groupon for a refund she would not be performing the wraps.
