  • This is an update in response to Dr. Reardon's comments on my original review. Just because you send your staff for extensive training doesn't make them more friendly. What I think is it makes them more full of themselves. They are unfriendly and gruff. When we come in Tammy doesn't even look up and greet you or say goodbye when you leave. There is always a negative comment about my child's hygiene even when we've just come back from a dental cleaning and had an outstanding report from the dentist and the hygienist. We are not coming for treatment to make friends but a little kindness does go a long way and so does positiveness. Also, when making appointments it's like pulling teeth for one after school. You guys cater to children who are in school. You need to open later and stay later if it's such an issue to get one after 3pm. I was told by the receptionist that we can't always have a late appointment there are other people waiting also. I have friends that take their kids to other orthos and they have never had to pull their kids out of school early. Can't wait for this be over. My child even more.
