  • I had been coming here for many years but time to move on. The last time I was there was the final straw. I went in for a cut and root touch up. Same process and cut I have gotten for a couple years now at this location. What should have been an hour and a half or so ended up being a 4 hour ordeal. My scalp was super irritated from all the chemical trying to fix making me look like an orange headed troll doll, they charged me full price plus for the extra services trying to fix whatever went wrong yet apologized profusely for not knowing what went wrong/how the extra process was irritating my scalp, and for keeping me so long. To top it off she didn't enter the sale into their loyalty program so I didn't get any points or coupons for such an expensive visit. I should have known something was up after noticing that all of their long time staff eventually all left. Won't be back and certainly wouldn't recommend.
