  • Had a bad experience here. Front desk guy was okay. I had reserved a compact car with a trunk so that when I park in public areas crooks don't see our luggage. When we went to pick up the car the guy at the booth said "over there the white car" and nothing else. we walked up and we saw it was a hatchback with barely room to fit a small suitcase and he says that's all they have. When we drove to the gate another guy said we should have marked the card on the dashboard together with the first guy pointing out where dents and scratches are as most places usually do. He told me to fill it out and gave me a pen only after I asked for it and did not bother to check the car or what I marked. The one star is only for the front desk guy. I added one more later because they called and apologized. They gave me a 10% discount to make up for it which is really insufficient for the trouble I had. Weird thing is no one told me all this till I called them back.
