Bought a Renegade from this location because they had the best deal in town. I'm into it less than a year and I have had warranty issues from start. I began taking it in to this dealer because I bought it there which was a huge mistake. Every time I brought it in they would say they need to flash the computer or it needs an update, and change the oil. If they would even check their own records the oil had been changed 1000 miles prior. So this further screws me because I only have so many included in the package I bought. So from there the issues continue which was the powers steering and brakes would stop working while driving, pretty big deal. They never seemed to believe me, care or even try to troubleshoot the problem. One of my visits to the service department I had the privilege of listening to their classy techs or probably manager cuss out a customer on the phone. I don't know where that's acceptable. Through my frustration I contacted Jeep directly they were little help also. They suggested prestige. These jokers, same thing drove the car 1000 miles and couldn't duplicate it. From there we went to Jim marsh, 1 day found and fixed some loose wiring.
