  • This location has gotten horribly slow and the staff is oblivious. Saturday morning I waited at the window 6 minutes. They didn't appear busy. The girl working drive through spent the time checking her butt out in the reflection on the drive through window. Wasn't a great view from the customers side of the glass. On Sunday morning Marcus was working the window. I received my drink with a dimple in the whipped cream and a corresponding dollop on his nose. After waiting 5 full minutes at the window I threw the drink I just paid for in the trash. Could t get past the idea of nose debris in my whipped cream. Today there is a nice man with a star tattoo on his wrist at the window. He was faster than the last two and tried to at least be polite but overall this location has gone so far downhill its obvious there's no leadership. It is slow, dirty, and full of employees who have no regard for their clients or any sense of urgency. I will drive a few blocks out of my way to utilize a different location from now on.
