  • I really cannot say enough good words! I am no stranger to the dentist. I've had most of my dental work done in the military, so Dr. Heideman was my second encounter with a "civilian" dentist. My first appointment consisted of a root canal. I'm also no stranger to those, but this was the fastest one I've had and the least painful. In fact, I didn't even feet the needles when I was getting the Novocain. During my initial exam, Dr. Heideman showed me all aspects of my teeth, their health, and OUR plan to fix any problems that were noted. He was thorough in answering all of my questions and certainly didn't make me feel like I had the worst teeth in the world. We just addressed the current situation. Also, the staff were extremely polite as soon as I walked in the door. My insurance benefits were explained to the fullest. I even was able to watch TV and sit in their massage chair while I waited to speak with someone after my exam. These extra features in a dental office are not necessary, obviously, but what a great way to make someone feel comfortable. I have recommend this office to all of my friends/co-workers.
