We made a mistake. The first clue was their faking a Capitol One logo. Because they charge interest from the day of transaction (no 25 day grace period) they actually refused our first payment and threatened to close our account if we attempted to pay them again. They prey on the weakest creditors and treat them like vermin. This is the worst type of chicanery imaginable. Read the rest of the reviews posted here. They are all true. NEVER do business with this "institution". They represent the worst in American business. We did get the account closed, but only after going six levels into "supervisors". And, the REAL Capital One gave an initial $10,000 line AND 1.5 points back AND no annual fee. LOOK at logos.
NOTE: They have not even claimed their own Yelp page. It is possible they don't even understand that Yelp exists. Stupid management. Horrible people. Run away.
