  • I'd give them Zero Stars, but YELP doesn't have that. I used them for Weed Service as that is what they advertise in addition to Pest Elimination.......I had used them for Bug Service for one year only (still had bugs). Check out the pics of their Weed Service. They killed my grass. They took no precautions around the periphery of my lawn (dead several feet in) and you will see foot prints of dead grass where he walked across it with weed killer on his boots. Then there's the hose mark of dead grass ... yep - weed killer on the hose that was laying across my grass. The "manager" called me and told me to send photos (which I did) and he would come out "to inspect" it. Seriously?? Never heard back from him either. Left a message saying that I did not want to be billed until the problem was solved - at the very least, I wanted at least 50% off. I was told my "grass will grow back" and then they preceded to charge my card that they had on file from my Bug Service!! AND I STILL HAVE WEEDS!!! AND BUGS !!!! Really need a revamping of this company and need to get back to when they were a fledgling company and really needed customers. But sometimes when business gets big, they figure when one customer leaves, they'll replace them with 2 more. I Do Not Recommend This Business!!
