  • I've seen Rice Republic go from mediocre to absolutely great. I came when they first opened in Downtown Summerlin, and it was not exactly my cup of tea. I've only come here a couple times since then, and the most recent was just last week. BUT it's DEFINITELY improved far from what I expected. I ordered the Singapore Rice Noodles and the Shrimp Fried Rice, and I can tell you it was definitely a bigger surprise than I was used to. The food quality has gotten better, the staff is VERY attentive, and I'm liking this place just a little bit more than I used to. I'm looking forward to coming here again to see what else is new!
