  • This review is for the events manager in charge of banquets. Last Saturday 8th August, I attended a Hall of Fame induction banquet at your facility. Were you there? Did you see that every table without exception returned entire plates of food? Were you aware that the silverware provided would not even cut the grey lump of garbage presented as prime rib? It was THE MOST DISGUSTING food experience I have ever had. Your chef could not even bake a potato! Most of them were inedible as they were raw. For this I paid $40.00.....wow! The saddest thing of all is the terrible waste of food. Plate after plate of untouched food went back to the kitchen as the tables were cleared. No one could complain as the speeches were underway and slide show presentations honoring the inductees were of importance. What a sad reflection on your hotel. Man up EVENTS MANAGER and return all money to the AZ Hall of Fame organizers. NO STARS.
