  • It takes a lot of heart to work in a place like this and the employees I've dealt with were all great. I mostly have to recognize their reception process for when you have to drop off an animal that you can no longer take care of. This is not always an easy process to go through emotionally as this is sometimes (like it was in my case) a situation out of one's control. Their process to receive the animals is simple and easy and does not add any emotional pressure to something that is not easy to start with. I have to thank them for that and recognize the work that is being done there.
