  • We have been using their service for over a year now. Initially we were very pleased, but from time to time things have not been cleaned to our satisfaction and that's where our trouble lies. In the policies that they now send out with each email, it states that if you contact them within 48 hours they will send the cleaners back. However, of the 4 or 5 times that we did complain, Brandon never offered to come back, except for once when I kept pushing him on the issue. He would usually just say things like he would mention it to the team,sometimes we miss things etc. We had our final cleaning with them this past Wednesday, the day before Thanksgiving. When I got home, I was SO disappointed in the job that was done. All of the floors downstairs were streaky, dirty, dingy and the toilet in the upstairs bathroom was still full of cleaning products and the seat and lid had not been cleaned. Our pool table hadn't been dusted and the black felt top looked horrible. In between cooking we had to rush around and clean before our guests arrived. And we just paid $105 to have it professionally cleaned!!! I emailed them and included pictures on Wednesday but did not hear back until yesterday (Monday). Understandable with the holiday. Brandon told us that since it had been more than 48 hours, it would be unfair to make them come back. He offered a complimentary fridge clean to make up for it. I told him that I would like a partial refund because I paid for something I did not receive. He said he could not offer a full refund, and that is wasn't fair of me to ask. I said that I never ask for a full refund, but I don't think I should be charged the full price. He stated that he can't give a partial refund. I let him know that we wouldn't be using their services anymore because we are terribly disappointed with his customer service. It's disheartening that they are willing to loose long term clients over issuing a $30-40 refund. Of all of the unsatisfactory cleanings we have experienced, this is the only time I've asked for a monetary refund. It's not that he can't do that....he just won't.
