  • I love this T-mobile location!!! The staff is always super friendly and knowledgeable (aka very techie). On this particular visit, it was upgrade time! Woohoo! Walked in, and wouldn't you know it, we got helped right away! (It helps that it was a lazy Sunday afternoon...) As we walked in, Devyn greeted us so we went to him for assistance with the upgrade. We also told him about the promotion T-Mobile had where you got a free tablet -- double yay! Devyn definitely went above and beyond to help us out with getting an upgrade, and didn't make us feel rushed or uninterested as I've experienced that in the past. The only reason I gave them 4-stars is that the upgrade took FOUR HOURS!!! It wasn't Devyn's fault, but the software on the phone needed to be updated, then it took forever to get everything switched from one phone to another... Grrr. But on the plus side, I got tired and wanted to lay down, so Devyn pushed together the little cube chairs and made a comfy somewhat bed thing so I could lay down. Lol. Talk about great customer service!!!
