  • Uses false advertising. Sign said that a printer was a certain price, but when I went to pay it was over thirty dollars more expensive because that sale only applied to the demo printer, which was not for sale. Staff does not know their products at all. I was sold the wrong ink for my printer because the sales person did not know what kind my printer needed.
