I had a trial pair of lenses ordered. Then the eye doctor checked my eyes with the trial pair. The left eye was way off and she said we will order a new contact for left eye and check those trials. I waited for three weeks before i finally called them to inquire about the new trial pair. I was told the manager for contact lens ordering would be in touch with me. 7 days later i called again. ( I spent over $300 in glasses, give me the courtesy of a return phone call) on this call the receptionist assured me that i could order contacts based on my trial pair. ( the pair that the doctor subsequently told me the left eye was quite off and would need to order a different lens) when I resisted and said no that in fact those ones did not work properly in the doctor ordered a new prescription and I would like to come in and see the doctor she informed me that it is a different doctor now. Seems quite coincidental that she would try to reassure me to order the wrong set of lenses and that they have a new doctor that sounds more likely far more likely that somebody mixed up my records. I'm not an idiot I know when I get an eye exam what the doctor says and the fact that I can't see.
