  • Wow!!! I wish I had read these review first before even allowing my home owners warranty to give me this company to fix my item. I'm going thru something similar but worse. First a week just to come out to diagnose my cooktop. Then to tell my home owner warranty company that my cooktop didn't have glass on it. Of course is not fully there it exploded. Do you guys see what I see from these pictures ? Is there still glass on it? Because according to the girl name Yolla who schedules for the company Hawkeye Appliance . The glass is gone. I must be blind. Then to hang up on me because I told her that her technician said it was going to be a pain in the ass to clean all the glass and vacuum it up before installing. Yet she wasn't even here. And I have witnessed that hear it too,my husband and my 23 year old son as well. So rude and no customer service what so ever. The technician Joshua wasn't the problem. He came and did what he was suppose to and when he said that I honestly didn't take it in a bad way cause I agree it's a pain in the ass. But he never stated he wouldn't do it. So my issue is with the girl who answers calls . So rude and there scheduling suck!! And when you give customer service to CUSTOMERS you DON'T hang up on them. She's just makes the company look bad. I wonder if the owner knows what kind of employee he or she has. Please look at pictures below and tell me you guys do see glass because according to them is all gone. Part 2 After posting the review did more searching on the company and to my surprise the owner was Yolla the one who answers the phone wow!!! In shock !!!! Company started in 2016 ? And has like 5 or more bad reviews and also not the only one who say she's rude!!!! Don't use this company unless you want BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Shame on you Yolla. You will be having lots of customers for sure. I will definitely talk to my homeowner company and tell them take you of the list . To read all bad review and they don't need a company that's going make them look bad.
