  • WOW! This is a free million dollar view that I bet generations of Americans have only dreamed of having of the Hoover Dam. What was previously only able to be seen by imagination or helicopter is now a full on, frontal aspect view of the Hoover Dam and Lake Mead several hundred feet above the ground. There are plaques explaining the construction and engineering and funding (I think I read it is the largest concrete arch in the Western Hemisphere); all were quite informative. Enjoy the walk and the view!!!
