As I have just written a review of the dealership where I did buy my truck, I thought I'd be sure to write one for the place I DID NOT buy my truck, nor will ever see a dollar of my money. I found a truck on AutoTrader at Park Ford I was willing to buy basically sight unseen, as I had to drive 10 hours to get there. I spoke with 2 or 3 salesmen and told them of my traveling distance. I clearly informed them that this was a done deal if the truck was everything it looked like, going so far as to arrange financing online with them before arriving. 6 hours before I am to leave, I did not receive a call, but HAD to call to be told they sold the truck. I take that back. They sent a TEXT that the truck had been sold. One sentence, period. Lousy.
Park Ford should not post cars on AutoTrader if you will not hold them after someone goes so far as to arrange financing through you. A real lousy way to do business. Plain lousy.
