  • This moving company is very irresponsible, I would not recommend them. I had a move set up in Jan 2015 on a cold, snowy Sunday. They had called 1-2 days to confirm the time/location. The Day of the move Craigs Family Movers were running late, okay that's fine, things happen. I try to call back again, they don't answer their phone! I again, try to call back, they don't answer! After an hour of them not answering my phone calls I have my boyfriend call their phone - they answer only to then hang up once he told them he was with me! Needless to say they never did show up to my apartment to help me move.
