  • All I can say about this place is WOW! This is the best Italian Beef in town. It is a nice little hole in the wall sandwich and hot dog joint. While I was in there today, the owner was in training a new girl. She took great care looking around the place to make sure everything was up to par. It definitely shows that the employees take great pride in the place. I like how you can sit at the bar and watch your food being cooked. You know there is nothing to hide that way. I have eaten here numerous times and I will always go back when I am on that side of town. Absolutely the best Chicago Dog and Italian Beef sandwiches in town. I have also had their sausage and beef combo sandwich and it is fantastic. My usual order - the #10 dipped, very wet, sweet peppers, cheese, and hot giardinera. Fries and a drink. The hot giardinera is really tasty and spicy. They also have mild and medium giardinera if you don't want that much spice. Trust me...check this place out! You'll love it!
