  • I called and made a reservation for day boarding, and they were wonderful taking the time during the phone call, not rushing, and making me feel like a valued customer. They also invited me to come visit the place ahead of time to check them out and feel comfortable if I wanted to. $20 for the day!.. great price! Then I had to call to extend the reservation overnight. I left a voicemail. They called me back right away to confirm the change and price ($40 for 2 days and 1 night!). My best friend ended up offering to watch our dog for free, so we ended up cancelling the reservation to save money (we're moving), and when I left a message to cancel, again they called me back right away! I got a lovely voicemail message that was clear and friendly, confirming the cancellation and welcoming me back next time. I almost wanted to spend the $40 just because they were so friendly. It was definitely noticed and appreciated! Will be calling them next time, for sure!
