  • Nice little place in downtown, a block from the courthouse. Best coffee in town? Well, better than Bojangles'. My coffee this morning was very weak. I prefer a stronger brew of dark roast, and that was not offered to me. Maybe I will try an espresso drink if I return. The biscuits and gravy would be much better on a cool, damp morning like today if the food was actually served hot. And free Wi-Fi? How do you access it? Do you have to beg for the password? These are small things to complain about, but a little more attention to detail would significantly improve my enthusiasm about Ellie's. All this is easily fixable by the owner.
