My experiences at this store have been a bit hit or miss, but mostly hits. When I went in to order custom blinds last year, the guy who helped me was very knowledgeable, and he never treated me like an idiot for not knowing the lingo and the mechanics of these things. He patiently explained everything, asked questions to help me figure out what I needed, and even offered to let me take a bunch of the sample books home to choose a color in the room where the blinds would be. He was so incredibly attentive and helpful that I almost felt like he was hitting on me! But he wasn't -- he was just really good at his job and understood what excellent customer service is all about. I'm sorry I don't remember his name, or I would tell you so you could ask for him. Now, of course, I've also interacted with one or two employees who were sulky and not helpful, but every workplace has a few of those. I've encountered great people in the paint and cabinet sections as well, so overall this store has been a great resource for me.
