  • I was completely ignored. No one said hello. Well, perhaps someone said hello but I'm not 100% sure it was to me. May have been to the woman who was standing in front of me who actually received service. No one asked if I was looking for something in particular. No one said, "Be with you in a moment." Nothing. One of the clients did use me as an example by pointing to me and saying, "I can wear cute things like that to work." So disappointed. I specifically went there because they carry a designer that I love and are one of the few places in Charlotte that do. I will never step foot back in Sloan or recommend them to anyone.
