  • NO BUENO. Called @ 10:23am they asked "What's wrong with the car? Is it lowered? Who's the owner?" * Was told driver would arrive in 40 minutes. (eta 11:03) after texting the pick-up & destination addresses. *They were no call & no show @ 11:19 - so I called & asked the ETA? "Oh, it will be another hour - hour & 1/2 or so...I waiting for a customer". That's a HUGE customer service FAIL. They won't make an appointment either. They may advertise low rates - but obviously that's all their service is worth.
