rev:text	What an experience. Let me start by saying I would give the DOCTOR FOUR STARS but his STAFF ZERO STARS Overall I am giving them a score of three. First were told they are on East Chandler Blvd. So when we got to a dirt lot according to the GPS at 355 for our 4pm appointment I called them only to be told they are on West Chandler. I explained I confirmed twice what their address and was told that I had until 415 to arrive before I was considered a no show. Again I explained your office told me the wrong address. So after some back and forth they told me they would wait for us. We arrived at 410pm. Checked in and was told the doctor was running behind. I asked how long they said he is normally an hour behind. Again I ask how long and was told 90 minutes. Of course at this point I'm already here after driving almost an hour. So we decided to stick it out because two parents in the lobby tell us the doctor is worth the wait and I wasn't going to pay the $75 no show fee even though we showed up. I start talking with one of the moms only to find out both our kids have 4pm appointments. Yep they double booked him. So his other 4pm is called back at 515, followed by us at 530pm. We can hear the other 4 o'clock appointment leave at 535 and think thank goodness were next. Nope he saw 2 other patients first. At 6pm the ultra sound tec comes in to take us to another room to take pictures of my daughters heart. After she finished up the doctor came in at 630pm spent 30minuets with us going over everything and we're finally out the door at 7pm. We spent 3hours at the doctors.
